Jill Horch, Real Estate Advisor

Hi! My name is Jill Horch, and I moved to Colorado from England in 1998. We first lived in Winter Park, which was a fantastic place to raise our small three children. Then, in 2009, we found a beautiful Mid Century Modern neighborhood in Arapahoe Acres in Englewood, and decided to move to the city! I felt so energized by Denver, and all that it offers: local restaurants, historic neighborhoods & landmarks, and plenty to explore. I have a passion for design, so we renovated our home in Winter Park, and are currently renovating our own Mid Century Modern home right now. With my background in history, I have always been interested in Historical preservation, and how important it is to our community.

I approach my work with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy. I want to help you get the best value for your house in this hot Denver market. As your real estate advisor, I want to help you find exactly what you need, and make the process for you as smooth as possible.

I deeply care about vulnerable children in Denver, and want to do all I can to provide for those who are hungry. Several years ago, I started a nonprofit called Hands Up for the children that feeds thousands of hungry children in the Metro Denver schools. I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve my community, and am proud to donate a portion of each commission to this urgent need.
